Strategic Programs Office | Digital Workplace
Role Purpose
The Strategic Execution & Insights Lead is responsible for providing executive visibility into Digital Workplace's highest-priority strategic initiatives through leadership reporting, performance measurement, OKR tracking, value realization, and cross-functional escalation management.
This role serves as the operational heartbeat of the Strategic Programs Office, ensuring leaders have timely, accurate, and actionable insights into strategic initiative health, organizational priorities, and execution outcomes. The individual will partner closely with initiative leaders across Digital Workplace to drive transparency, accountability, and informed decision-making.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Executive Reporting & Leadership Insights
- Own executive reporting across Digital Workplace strategic initiatives, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc leadership updates.
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards that provide visibility into initiative status, milestones, dependencies, risks, and business outcomes.
- Create a consistent reporting framework across strategic initiatives and domains.
- Support leadership reviews and executive presentations.
Strategic Execution Monitoring
- Establish visibility into the progress and health of Digital Workplace's highest-priority initiatives.
- Partner with initiative owners to ensure key milestones, deliverables, and commitments are tracked and communicated consistently.
- Identify trends, execution risks, and emerging challenges that may impact strategic objectives.
Provide leadership with actionable insights to support prioritization and decision-making.
OKR & Value Delivery Tracking
- Establish and manage processes for tracking objectives, key results, and value realization across strategic initiatives.
- Partner with initiative leaders to define measurable outcomes and success metrics.
- Monitor progress against strategic commitments and identify opportunities to improve execution performance.
- Support leadership in assessing business impact and value delivery.
Escalation Management
- Facilitate resolution of organizational dependencies and execution challenges.
- Maintain visibility into initiative risks, issues, and mitigation activities.
- Escalate emerging concerns to leadership to support timely decision-making and issue resolution.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, transparency, and strategic execution practices.
- Leverage data and stakeholder feedback to enhance executive visibility and decision-making effectiveness.
- Support the evolution of Strategic Programs Office processes and capabilities.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Extensive experience leading complex technology programs, strategic initiatives, or transformation efforts.
- Proven ability to develop executive-level reporting, dashboards, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Experience tracking business outcomes, OKRs, KPIs, and value realization metrics.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment in matrixed organizations.
- Experience working with reporting and planning tools such as Jira, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
