Position Summary:
Supports the Supply Chain Director in managing daily departmental operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and continuity of supply across all departments. This role aids in leading frontline staff, overseeing key operational processes, and driving continuous improvement across purchasing, inventory, and vendor management functions.
Reports To: Supply Chain Director
FLSA: Exempt
Minimum Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Associate preferred; degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Healthcare, or related field preferred; or 3+ years of supply chain experience in lieu of degree
Minimum of 3–5 years of supply chain, materials management, or healthcare operations experience required
Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Hourly Role and is not remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing daily supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution
Support development and execution of departmental goals aligned with organizational strategy
Supervise staff, including scheduling, training, performance management, and employee engagement
Monitor inventory levels and ensure appropriate stocking to meet operational needs while minimizing waste and cost
Manage vendor relationships, including performance tracking and issue resolution
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, organizational policies, and supply chain best practices
Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation of efficiency initiatives
Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of supplies
Maintain accurate records, reporting, and data analysis to support decision-making
Perform additional duties as assigned

Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervise supply chain staff and daily workflows
Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations
Provide coaching, feedback, and corrective action as needed
Ensure productivity and quality standards are consistently met
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of supply chain operations, including purchasing, inventory control, and vendor management
Analytical skills with ability to interpret data, manage budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities
Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and collaborate across departments
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
Sound judgment and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
