About this role
Bachelor's in engineering required; 1+ years hands-on chemical processing or materials production experience (3+ years preferred). Experience with silicone chemistry, chemical processing equipment, materials characterization, process qualification, SPC/DOE, ERP/MRP, hazardous materials handling, and Six Sigma is preferred.
