Job Functions / Responsibilities
This position will assist in the Study, Analysis, Development and Documentation of Plant Assembly processes. The job also includes assistance in Continuous Improvement Efforts focusing on; Departmental Quality Improvement Projects, Ergonomic Improvement Projects, Line Balance Optimization and Improvements in Overall Departmental Efficiency. It is a temporary position.
- Study, and analyze plant assembly processes
- Development of Assembly area data model
- Development of dashboards and reports supporting Assembly operation
- Flexibility to address special projects as they arise
- Assist in continuous improvement efforts focusing on:
- Departmental improvement quality projects
- Line Balance optimization
- Ergonomic Improvement projects
- Overall departmental efficiency improvements
