· Deliver and coordinate training using classroom, floor-based coaching, and real-time application

· Ensure issues are contained, corrected, and prevented from recurring

· Shift mindset from workaround behavior to process ownership

Strengthen Daily Management System

· Ensure SQD metrics drive behavior and decision-making

· Drive disciplined use of tiered meetings, visual boards, and escalation processes

· Close the gap between tracking issues and actually resolving them

Lead from the Floor

· Maintain a strong shop floor presence to observe, coach, and reinforce standards

· Conduct observations and provide real-time feedback and correction

· Partner cross-functionally (Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Materials) to improve flow and performance

Support Continuous Improvement

· Identify and eliminate waste across production processes

· Support development and use of digital tools that enhance P&L Way execution

· Sustain improvements through standardization and follow-up

· Support a manufacturing environment where production currently runs 6:30AM – 5:00PM
