You’ll partner with campaign managers, digital channel specialists, and cross‑functional teams to build automated experiences across email, SMS, push, and direct mail. Every day, you’ll dive into Salesforce Marketing Cloud—using SQL, Excel, and your analytical mindset to uncover insights, optimize campaigns, and drive meaningful results.

Responsibilities:
 

  • Assist in building and testing campaigns in the marketing automation platform. 
  • Execute basic workflows and ensure data integrity within lists and segments. 
  • Document campaign performance and maintain reporting dashboards. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on campaign requirements. 
  • Maintain compliance with privacy and data handling standards. 
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field; associate's degree in data Analytics, Database Management, or Information Technology; or one to two years of marketing automation experience.
  • Degree in Statistics or Computer Science is a plus.
  • Zero to One year of experience in marketing or automation platforms. 
  • Familiarity with SQL for querying, data extraction, and troubleshooting within relational databases.

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or HubSpot preferred. 
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
