About this role

Position Overview

CLO Virtual Fashion is looking for a Marketing Analytics Intern to join our Brand Communications team (immediate / flexible timeline). This individual will support the Brand Communications Manager by analyzing and reporting on marketing performance across channels, with a primary focus on social content and paid media, as well as occasional campaigns, events, and brand activations.

The ideal candidate is someone who is curious about how data drives marketing decisions and enjoys turning numbers into clear, actionable insights. You should be eager to learn, highly analytical, and comfortable organizing data and identifying key takeaways that help optimize performance.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing analytics while being an integral part of a small, collaborative communications team—your work will directly inform strategy and make a real impact (no busy work here!).
CLO is a global company, so you may be asked to collaborate with team members in other regions or occasionally join meetings at odd hours, but you will mainly be working with the NY-based Brand Communications team.

The application process will include a short assignment.

  • Experience or familiarity with social media analytics and performance metrics
  • Familiarity with paid media platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Ads
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and reporting tools (Google Sheets, Slides); experience with data visualization is a plus
  • Ability to manage own projects and work independentlyInterest in fashion, tech, and the intersection of both
