Job Description:
This job is responsible for achieving goals through coding and/or metadata management, support and technical direction for platforms and operations working under guided supervision when needed. Key responsibilities include interacting with managers and partners to identify, research, analyze and resolve complex problems or to develop significant process enhancements. Job expectations include translating business needs into technical requirements for supported platforms, working independently with direction.
Supporting the execution of marketing campaigns across Offers Management (OM)/Insight Engine (IE) channels and subchannels in Online Banking (OLB), Mobile, Erica, Financial Centers, and Contact Centers.
Develop implementation plans for targeted customer offers and referrals managed through Offers Management/Insight Engine
Translate the intended customer and associate experience into technical requirements for real-time offer display
Manage strict execution timelines and SLAs for implementation plans, test script preparation, test data requests, etc. to ensure on-time and error-free campaign deployment
Reduce the risk of defects by performing User Acceptance Testing and Production Certification of offer deployments and ongoing monitoring of production environment including troubleshooting
Required Qualifications:
Knowledge of OM/IE, real-time rules, file functionality, all front-end applications (Lead Gen, Interact, Sales and Service App, Synergy/RDUI, OLB, mobile, etc.), and back-end system capabilities a plus.
Supports projects impacting multiple businesses unites, product lines, or business processes.
Projects require cross-channel coordination, communication, influence and negotiation.
Responsible for significant contributions to the design, development and completion of project deliverables.
Works with the project team members on all phases of initiatives and works on portions of projects as directed by senior analysts.
A minimum of 4 and up to 8 years’ experience.
