Job Summary:

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for setting the vision and direction for marketing measurement and defining the frameworks used to assess Marketing’s impact on business results. The role translates performance data into executive-ready insights, recommendations, and narratives that inform executive decision making. Key responsibilities include setting program strategy, guiding senior managers, influencing priorities, and fostering collaboration across LOBs. This position partners directly with Analytics & Insights team and senior executive stakeholders to define what should be measured, how success is evaluated, and how results are used to guide strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the marketing measurement strategy, including KPIs, targets, and attribution, aligned to business, marketing, and financial goals.

  • Translate performance into clear insights, implications, and actions to drive growth, efficiency, and investment decisions.

  • Own executive-level storytelling, clearly communicating results, risks, opportunities, and marketing’s impact on the business.

  • Partner across Marketing, Finance, Product, Data/Analytics, and Strategy to align priorities, metrics, and investments.

  • Set standards for analytical rigor, ensuring transparent, high-quality insights and accountability.

  • Define performance reporting and dashboards that enable insight-driven executive decisions.

  • Build and lead a high-performing team, driving accountability, continuous improvement, and business impact.

  • Drive adoption of consistent measurement practices and embed them into planning and decision-making.

  • Act as a central integrator, ensuring insights are accurate, aligned, and actionable.

  • Operate with strong executive presence, influencing senior leaders, driving change, and balancing strategy with hands-on execution

  • Seeking a hands-on, action-oriented individual who drives change and stays directly involved rather than delegating.

  • Ability to think strategically as well as tackle the tactics independently.

  • Oversees the process for building and/or executing business initiatives and/or processes, while partnering with stakeholders and partners.

  • Readiness to work on a variety of tasks and face potential challenges directly.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Initiative Coordination

  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives, driving alignment across business units, tracking progress, and ensuring timely execution.
  • Influence cross-functional teams to adopt best practices and operational discipline.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience leading measurement strategies, KPI frameworks, and performance narratives for executive audiences.

  • Strong executive storytelling, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business implications and recommendations.

  • Deep business and marketing acumen, with proven ability to partner effectively with senior executive stakeholders and cross-functional leaders.

  • Commitment to data rigor, analytical integrity, and quality standards, including the ability to establish assumptions, caveats, and confidence levels for decision-grade analysis.

Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$103,600.00 - $175,200.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
