Under minimum supervision at a distribution center, performs a variety of skilled warehousing tasks, such as cyclic inventory, storage and order selection, for fulfillment of online merchandise orders. Drives consistent execution of order fulfillment processing to meet and exceed customers expectations.

Job Qualifications
Education: Completion of high school or equivalent. Creditable job-related experience may be substituted for the education requirement on a 9-month basis. Experience: One year progressively responsible general experience, plus a minimum of one year of specialized experience in receiving, storing or shipping merchandise and processing documents in a mechanized distribution center. Operation of materials handling equipment or motor vehicles is subject to prescribed licensing requirements.

Major Duties
Storage: Performs independent work tasks in storage to monitor and control put away and replenishment of merchandise using a highly technical turret truck. Ensures all storage processes are followed correctly and within defined standards. In the high-rise storage area, tasks include operating the assigned equipment down a wired track and controlling the movement to and from various locations. Work includes physically handling merchandise at various storage locations.
Responsible for checking and verifying items prior to put away/replenishment, ensures the warehouse management system processes are followed correctly.
Following storage processes, independently assigns put away items to vacant locations and records information on the put away ticket covering the movement.
Order selection: Retrieves quantity of merchandise identified at the designated location on the replenishment ticket or other let-down documents and places items in pickup and delivery locations quickly and correctly.
Consistently participates in taking location audits and cycle/annual product inventories to ensure item/location balances are accurate.
May provide training and guidance to other turret truck operators in accomplishing assigned work requirements.
Actively communicates/promotes the benefits of the Military Star credit card to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
Ensures compliance with established safety, security, and fire prevention procedures and directives. May occasionally operate other lift trucks or motor vehicles as needed. Performs other related duties as assigned.
