MAXIM CORP: Recruiter (CA, San Jose)

• Support recruitment life cycle activities including candidate pipelining, resume/candidate screening, and presenting/processing offers


• Post our manufacturing openings on various job boards and monitor candidate application flow to ensure a steady candidate pipeline.


• Establish and maintain strong relationships with business leaders internally


• Work in partnership with hiring managers, provide guidance, support and recommendations on candidates throughout the entire recruitment process, including socializing offers, processing offer approvals and ensuring a positive candidate experience


• Responsible for participating
  in hiring events, such as job fairs and external recruiting events


• Drive employee referrals process


• Partner with key lines of business to stay informed of upcoming hiring needs
