McMinnville and Sparta Caregivers Needed

Preferred Care at Home of East Tennessee is seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to provide exceptional in-home care for clients in the McMinnville and Sparta areas. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities to promote their independence and enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed
• Monitor and report any changes in client health or behavior to provider or family members
• Maintain accurate records of care provided

Requirements

• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred 
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Ability to pass background checks 
• Reliable transportation to and from client locations
• Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
