Meat Cutter Requirements:
- Ability to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Self-driven and flexible with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated commitment to Golden Corral's Mission, Values, and Beliefs
- Cut, prepare, and maintain meat products according to company standards and production levels
- Ensure freshness through proper rotation, storage, and handling practices
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area while following food safety guidelines
- Support daily operations and communicate any product or equipment needs to management
