Position Purpose:
The Site Leader is responsible for supervising and coordinating the overall operations of their assigned department. Responsibilities include:
Regular nursing duties (rooming patients, vitals, intake, callbacks, dressing changes, wound care), supervising staff, supply ordering, day to day operations, payroll.
Position Qualifications:
● Associated degree or Certificate of Completion in Healthcare or Business Administration preferred
● At least 3-5 years supervisory experience.
● At least 1-3 years medical office experience.
● Proof of completion of Medical Assistant program and/or successful completion of a Medical Assistant Certification Exam preferred.
● CPR Certification
