Medical Policy Director

Bachelor’s degree; professional coder certifications (CPC, CPC-A, CCA, CCS, or CCS-P; RHIT or RHIA a plus); 7-10 years in sales/client management; 5+ years in claim payment adjudication with Medicare/Medicaid and coding guidelines; health plan/insurance experience; strong presentation, communication, analytical, and organizational skills; ability to travel 10-20%.
