BS in metallurgy/materials science/chemical engineering (or equivalent), minimum 4 years secondary refining metallurgy experience (ladle metallurgy furnace or degasser), safety leadership, developing/implementing clean steel practices, training development; Thermo-Calc/FactSage experience preferred.
