The Member and Veteran Liaison and staff directly reporting to this position are involved in community events. sans-serif;font-size:10px;%22%3EIdentify veteran members and organize outreach activities to inform members and families of the benefits available and how to access those organization’s other member support areas, including but not limited to Long Term Care, Office of Individual and Family Affairs (OIFA), Member Services, and Provider
