Description
We're seeking a Member of Technical Staff with product and design expertise to own the roadmap for ambient understanding, the intelligence layer that determines how Bee captures, interprets, and surfaces meaningful context from a customer's day.
This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, design thinking, and technical architecture. You'll define what ambient intelligence should understand about customers' lives and work hands-on with engineering and design teams to build it.
Key job responsibilities
- Define and drive the strategic roadmap for ambient understanding capabilities across audio, vision, and contextual signals
- Design intelligence frameworks that turn raw data into actionable memory, insights, and recommendations
- Collaborate with ML engineers to architect context models, interpretation pipelines, and understanding systems
- Partner with product designers to shape how ambient intelligence surfaces in customer experiences
- Prioritize capabilities based on customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact
- Build measurement frameworks to evaluate understanding quality and system performance
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and science teams to ship features
- Balance innovation velocity with privacy, trust, and experience quality

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
