About this role
Bachelor's in engineering or physics, 1+ years hands-on microelectronics assembly experience, proficiency with CAD/SQL/Python, experience with die/wire bonding, AOI, SPC/DOE, failure analysis tools; must be able to lift 25 lbs and work weekends/extended hours. ITAR-restricted U.S. status required.
