Technical Skills 

• Strong programming experience in Python for test automation, scripting, data validation, and workflow automation.  

• Extensive experience in Medical Device Software Testing aligned with ISO 13485, 

• Expertise in Test Management, including test strategy, test planning, execution, defect management, metrics, and reporting.  

• Hands-on experience with test management tools such as Jama, Matrix, JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO), HP ALM/Quality Center, TestRail(any one is must).  

• Experience developing automation frameworks using Python Framework, or unit test.  

• Knowledge of API testing Python-based automation using Postman, REST Assured  

• Experience with Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and automated regression testing.  

• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), Agile, and Scrum methodologies.  

Medical Domain Experience 

• Led migration and validation of regulated medical device software while ensuring compliance with FDA and international regulatory requirements.  

• Performed risk-based testing and traceability aligned with regulatory documentation.  

• Experience in verification and validation (V&V) activities for Class II/III medical devices.  

• Coordinated software testing activities, including impact analysis, regression testing, compatibility testing, and release validation.  

Leadership & Test Management 

• Managed end-to-end testing activities for multiple medical device migration programs.  

• Led cross-functional teams comprising developers, QA engineers, system engineers, and regulatory stakeholders.  

• Defined test strategies, resource planning, effort estimation, and release schedules.  

• Monitored project quality metrics, defect trends, test coverage, and delivery milestones.  

• Conducted stakeholder reviews, risk assessments, and quality audits throughout the migration lifecycle.  

• Mentored QA engineers and established automation best practices to improve test efficiency.
