Responsibilities
- Sets up, configures, and supports internal and/or external networks.
- Administers design, maintains hubs, servers, and routers.
- Develops and maintains all systems, applications, security, and network configurations.
- Troubleshoots network performance issues and creates and maintains a disaster recovery plan.
- Analyzes traffic and workload for optimum network performance to ensure organization's objectives are met.
- Performs work under general supervision. Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
Qualifications
- Active Secret security clearance.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT field.
- Must possess active IAT Level II certification or equivalent.
Desired Qualifications:
- Microsoft Intune, Apple ACSP certifications.
