Position: Team Leader

Pay Range: $16–$18/hour

We are expanding our team and seeking Team Leaders who bring energy, integrity, and care to every shift. The Team Leader bridges the gap between team members and upper leadership—building morale, ensuring smooth operations, and modeling Great People, Great Food, and Great Service.

Role Overview

• Maintain team morale and engagement during shifts.
• Execute and delegate tasks with Coordinators and Directors.
• Lead by example with positivity, focus, and strong communication.
• Encourage team members toward shared goals such as service speed and excellence.
• Manage breaks, delegate projects, assist with training, close the restaurant, and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.

Requirements

• Availability: Team members must be available to work Monday through Saturday, with shifts ranging from 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., depending on restaurant needs. Closed on Sundays.
• Complete a 30-60 day minimum team member immersive training period.
