Responsibilities

As a HomeTeam Seasonal Mosquito Technician, you can expect to:

• Maintain positive team environment interacting with customers, prospects, and fellow employees
• Provide effective and professional pest control service(s)
• Maintain accurate treatment/service records
• Demonstrate expertise and answer questions
• Collect payment for service
• Listen to customer concerns, describe the service performed, and set expectations
• Explain what the customer should expect after the service
• Explain to the customer what they can do to assist in the resolution of concerns.
• Recommend and schedule additional services if needed
• Communicate information about additional/seasonal service(s)

Qualifications

No experience required – training will be provided!

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid)

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

• Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
  • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
