About this role
The Business Development Sr Analyst is a critical role on the Business Development and Acquisitions Team. This role assists team members and business partners in identifying, evaluating and completing acquisitions, allied partnerships, distribution agreements and bottler territory transactions, along with providing thought partnership to business partners and Senior Executives on a broad range of business-critical topics.
- Develop economic spines, granular opportunity sizing, P&L projections and DCF models in support of the negotiating authority and capex approval process
- Serve as the analytics point-person on projects, applying logical and creative thinking to drive to fact-based insights
- Demonstrate strong leadership and influence management skills, including the ability to challenge the status quo
- Build project deliverables in partnership with project leaders
- Execute against time-sensitive requests from the SVP of Strategic Partnerships & Franchise and VP Business Development, as well as cross-functional business leaders and partners
- Maintain an external mindset, including staying on top of consumer, competitive, and macroeconomic/geopolitical trends
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $88,200 - $147,650.

- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.

- BA required
- 3+ years of strategy and/or finance experience either internally or with a Top-Tier consulting firm
- Strategic mindset and highly analytical thinker with sound business judgment
- Excellent technical skills to process large quantities of data in an error-free manner
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to “manage up”
- Love of Consumer Packaged Goods and our brands
- Global outlook with sensitivity and awareness of social and cultural differences
- This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
