You'll operate your own truck, manage a two-person team, and deliver results during off-peak access windows when timing is critical.<br><br> </div><div>This is a leadership role in the field. You'll direct an apprentice, own the quality of every job, and be the one clients hold accountable when the sun comes up.<br><br> </div><div> <strong>What You'll Do<br></strong><br> </div><ul> <li>Run commercial cleaning jobs overnight across Northern Virginia</li> <li>Operate pressure washing and soft washing equipment</li> <li>Direct and develop your apprentice on every job</li> <li>Maintain truck cleanliness and equipment standards</li> <li>Follow our quality control system (daily photo documentation)</li> <li>Complete routes within access windows before morning business hours</li> <li>Report to Director of Operations</li> </ul><div> <strong>Schedule<br></strong><br> </div><ul> <li>Overnight hours — work performed during off-peak hours</li> <li>Active season: March – November</li> <li>30–40 hours/week</li> </ul><div> <strong>Requirements</strong> Must Have:<br><br> </div><ul> <li>Comfortable working overnight shifts independently</li> <li>Proven ability to lead and direct others in the field</li> <li>Comfortable driving box trucks</li> <li>Not afraid of heights (we do multi-story buildings and lift work)</li> <li>Mechanical aptitude for basic equipment troubleshooting</li> <li>Valid driver's license with clean driving record</li> <li>Able to obtain DOT medical card</li> <li>Pass background check</li> </ul><div>Preferred:<br><br> </div><ul> <li>Pressure washing/soft washing experience is a plus</li> <li>Prior crew lead or field supervisor experience</li> </ul><div> <strong>You'll Thrive Here If...<br></strong><br> </div><ul> <li>You take ownership of results, not just effort</li> <li>You hold your partner to the same standard you hold yourself</li> <li>You keep a clean, organized truck because it reflects on you</li> <li>You can work efficiently under time pressure without cutting corners</li> <li>You're the kind of person who finishes the job right the first time</li> </ul> </div>
