- Must meet other JROTC requirements
- Conduct the JROTC program in accordance with applicable law, and Army and Cadet Command regulations and policies
- Perform other duties of a JROTC Instructor
- Senior Army Instructor Officer (03-06)/Warrant Officer required to have a four-year degree
- Responsible for overall management of the JROTC program
- Complete a Garrett County teaching application
