About the Department
Under the supervision of the Director of the Office of Victim Services (OVS) provide notifications of inmate’s release status, parole eligibility and pardon hearings; assists crime victims prior to and during pardon and parole hearings; provides a full range of services to crime victims to include referrals as needed; promotes the agency victim services programs; represents SCDPPPS; and OVS in internal and external victim services efforts; maintains electronic files; provides assistance to field victim advocates upon request.
Position Duties
A high school and relevant program experience.
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree and two years’ experience in Victim Services.
