Job Responsibilities:
- Equipment Review / Repair
- Kiosk Set Up
- Assist in Equipment Prep
- Direct communication with POS Equipment provider
- Reviewing and notifying about defective equipment
Requirements:
- High School diploma
- One year of experience in a field technician support role is preferred
- Comfortable around technology
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users to troubleshoot and find solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and deliver results, meet deadlines, and meet targets
- Ability to meet physical requirements such as standing, sitting, walking, bending, climbing ladders, lifting and moving up to 75 lbs, reaching, manual dexterity, and visual acuity
