Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Cardiothoracic Surgery (Bloomington Hospital)

IU Health Southern Indiana Physicians is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Cardiothoracic Surgery team at Bloomington Hospital!

Position Details:

• Full-time
  • Rotation, every other weekend
• Working directly with 1 physician and 8 APP's

Patient Population:

• Adult post open heart and thoracic surgery recovery-specifically robotics APP

Procedures:

• Robotic Surgery

Key Responsibilities:

• Robotic Surgery
• 100% Inpatient

Qualifications:

• Must be Board Certified 
• Must hold either NP or PA certifications
• Must be Robotic Surgery Trailed
• Must have many years' EXPERIENCE in Robotic Training
• Ability to train other in robotics

The new IU Health Bloomington Hospital and Regional Academic Health Center, part of the Indiana University Health Medical Group, opened in December 2021.
