Nursing Instructor- UPMC Hamot School of Nursing

UPMC Hamot School of Nursing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Instructor to join our educational team. This role is responsible for providing both classroom and clinical instruction to nursing students, fostering a supportive learning environment that promotes professional growth, clinical competence, and excellence in patient care.

The Nursing Instructor is accountable for planning, implementing, and evaluating student learning experiences in both didactic and clinical settings. This position plays a key role in guiding students through the application of the nursing process, critical thinking, clinical judgment, and evidence-based practice to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. The instructor will collaborate with faculty members to deliver meaningful educational experiences, assess student performance, and support student success throughout the program.
