Shift: Monday-Friday: Variable hours between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM to meet educational needs
The Nursing Professional Development Specialist is a clinical expert and key resource in cardiovascular procedural care. They are committed to ensuring education services and resource support to cardiovascular services, patient care leadership, clinical staff, and patients. This is accomplished through a variety of services, from staff development and continuing education for employees to a leadership role in committee/project work. The position requires an independent, critical thinking, self-motivated individual who demonstrates effective decision-making and problem- solving skills, flexibility, and the ability to take a leadership role in facilitating organizational change through partnerships with staff and managers.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
- >5 years Cardiovascular or Electrophysiology Lab Experience
- State of WI RN licensure or is eligible for State of WI licensure
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field in progress and to be completed within 24 months
- Certified Nurse (CCRN, PCCN, RCIS, RCES) ·
- Nursing Professional Development Specialist Certification (ANCC) or equivalent
