The Opportunity
As a NYC Client Concierge, you will play a pivotal role in providing efficient and effective administrative support to senior executives, confirming smooth operations within the organization. You will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential information, contributing to seamless communication and operations. As an Administrative professional, you will deliver organized and proactive support to internal teams, fostering positive relationships and adapting to changing needs and processes. In this role, you will be part of our Internal Firm Services, focusing on delivering exceptional administrative support that enables your teams to thrive. You will be responsible for anticipating needs, understanding tasks thoroughly, and working collaboratively to achieve efficient outcomes. Your ability to tailor communication styles and prioritize tasks will be crucial in maintaining a productive and positive working environment. This opportunity allows you to contribute significantly to the success of the organization by supporting key executives and confirming the smooth functioning of daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Managing executive schedules and coordinating meetings to facilitate seamless operations
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Coordinating travel arrangements and managing logistics for executive travel
- Supporting business process improvement initiatives through administrative tasks
- Utilizing office productivity applications for efficient data entry and records management
- Facilitating communication and correspondence management to support executive needs
- Organizing and maintaining corporate records and electronic filing systems
- Assisting in the preparation and review of invoices and financial documents
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery
- Coordinating deployment and resource management for project support
- Managing office supplies and equipment to validate operational efficiency
- Conducting research and preparing reports to support executive decision-making
- Handling guest services and hoteling arrangements for client visits
- Supporting event management and coordination for internal and external events
- Engaging in stakeholder management to foster positive relationships and communication
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 1 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $35,500 - $109,120. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $35,500 - $124,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
