About this role
Requires completion of accredited OT program, Arizona OT licensure or COTA certification, NBCOT, AZ fingerprint clearance, AHCCCS number within 4 months, pass FBI and state background checks, 2 years therapy experience and pediatric/sensory-impaired experience, ability to write reports and communicate (including sign language or willingness to learn).
