Office Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY

The Corporate Office Coordinator will oversee business functions of the corporate office. Duties will include administrative, maintenance, and compliance related functions. This position reports directly to the Director of Human Capital. 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Administrative

o Sign for and accept subpoenas 

o Scan and send medical record requests and or subpoenas to the proper department

o Prepare and oversee mail and shipments daily

o Demonstrate professional, courteous demeanor with visitors and staff

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• College Degree Preferred (but combination of experience & education considered)

• 2 years related experience in healthcare organization and/or medical supervisory experience

• Excellent customer service skills

• Good verbal and written skills

• Proficient with computer programs and office equipment

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

 

• Time management, organizational and strong communication skills

• Ability to multi-task and provide high-quality results

• Ability to practice safe work habits, utilize appropriate safety equipment and report unsafe conditions to the appropriate administrator

 

HOURS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

Typical work hours are Monday through Thursday. Noise or Vibrations: Copy machine, phones, computer and printer, other office equipment.
