About this role
- Checking-in and checking-out patients, scheduling patients, obtaining, tracking and scheduling referrals, verifying Insurance, answering phone and checking messages, faxing, submitting clinic office supply orders, submitting maintenance requests
- Must be able to multitask and work in high-paced environment - looking for some clinical experience, self-starter attitude, and great customer service skills
- Work hours will be Monday-Friday 8-4:30 No weekends or Holidays
Overview
Missouri Baptist Medical Center, an acute care hospital in St. Louis County, offers a full continuum of medical and surgical services, including heart care, cancer, women and infants, breast health, gastrointestinal, orthopedic, stroke, therapy, wound and pain management services. The hospital has a 24-hour adult emergency department and cares for pediatric patients at a separate emergency department in collaboration with St. Louis Children’s Hospital.

Role Purpose
Coordinate office operations, check requests, petty cash, report generation and day-to-day office responsibilities, including Social Services. Develops and implements processes to ensure compliance with regulations.
