Minimum 1 year of experience in a therapy, medical, counseling, or similar office environment. Strong understanding of client confidentiality, HIPAA aligned practices, and trauma informed communication. Experience with HR processes, scheduling systems, and basic accounting software. Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Comfort working in a ranch environment around horses and outdoor activity.
