This individual should be warm and nurturing, with a strong backbone—someone who sets clear expectations, provides structure, and understands that while schedules are important, flexibility is essential in early childhood environments. Our ideal candidate is a team-oriented educator with strong communication skills who shows initiative and is passionate about helping one-year-olds grow socially, emotionally, and developmentally.</div><div><br></div><div><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></div><div><br></div><ul>
<li>Establish and maintain a structured yet flexible daily schedule, recognizing that not every day will look the same<br><br>

<li>An Associate’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (Preferred), Elementary Education, Child Development, or a related field<br><br>
</li>
<li>An Associate’s degree or higher in a related field (Preferred), including 18 semester hours of coursework related to children from birth to age 8<br><br>

<li>A current CDA (Child Development Associate) or Early Childhood Teaching Credential</li>
