Pay Range: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour 

Job Type: Full Time

Typical Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Role Summary

The Onsite Accounting Clerk supports the financial and administrative operations of the Association. This role includes working with resident accounts, processing transactions, and providing customer service.


Responsibilities

  • Post deposits and record payments
  • Enter invoices and assist with Accounts Payable/Receivable
  • Respond to resident inquiries regarding balances and payments
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Provide general administrative support as needed
