Job Description
We are looking for an Operations Accountant to join our Finance Operations team! The Operations Accountant will report to the Accounting Operations Manager.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Act as primary point of contact for contract management, including both supplier and customer contracts
- Manage and enforce varying degrees of internal and SOX controls
- Oversee and execute various balance sheet accounts and corresponding business activity
- Prepare data flow process and develop subsequent analytics for process optimization and informing leadership
- Operate accounting software to record, store, and analyze journal entries and general ledger account reconciliations
- Prepare and issue rebate payments or deductions
- Monitor, report, and clear balance sheet aging for both payables and receivables
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1-2 years of experience in business analysis or financial operations analysis
- Intermediate in Excel, to include pivot tables and v lookups
- 1-2 years of experience in business analysis or financial operations analysis
