About this role
The Operations Analyst supports performance improvement across a network of treatment centers by analyzing operational and financial data, identifying trends, and recommending actionable solutions. This role leverages data analysis to identify opportunities to drive census, increase patient retention, optimize processes, enhance the patient experience, and drive business decisions.
The ideal candidate brings strong financial and business acumen, is highly analytical, and has a genuine interest in healthcare operations. This individual will work closely with operations leadership and will spend time in treatment centers to observe workflows, validate insights derived from data analysis, launch initiatives and pilots, and continuously refine.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze operational and financial data to identify performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Translate data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Partner with operations teams to understand business drivers and workflow challenges.
- Conduct on-site visits to treatment centers to observe processes, validate data insights, launch pilots, and refine.
- Through analysis, recommend opportunities to drive growth, improve operations, and enhance the patient experience.
- Support evaluation of operational initiatives through data analysis and financial insights.
- Track and report on key performance indicators and operational metrics.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across multiple locations.
- Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (e.g., Finance, Business, Economics, or related field)
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of business drivers
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly to treatment centers
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and business models
Preferred
- MBA (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
- Exposure to healthcare or healthcare operations (internship, coursework, or work experience)
- Located in DFW
- Experience with financial modeling or performance analysis
- Familiarity with multi-site or service-based operations
- Experience working with business intelligence tools or large datasets
- Demonstrated interest in operational improvement or consulting-style work
Physical Work Requirements
- Ability to travel frequently, including air and car travel
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods during on-site visits
- Ability to work in office and clinical environments
- Ability to use a computer and standard office equipment for extended periods
