Operations Analyst

Financial & Operational Analysis

• Support property-level and corporate budgeting and forecasting processes
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and performance analyses for management
• Analyze KPIs across slots, table games, hotel, food & beverage, labor, and other departments
• Assist with variance analysis and margin improvement initiatives
• Identify performance trends, cost drivers, and operational opportunities

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Gaming and hospitality departments as well as Accounting, Finance, IT, BI, Marketing, Design &       Construction, and Property operations teams
• Collaborate with corporate and property leadership on financial and operational initiatives
• Support preparation of materials for executive and senior management review

Systems & Analytics

• Utilize Excel extensively for modeling, reporting, and analysis
• Work with data from Oracle ERP and variety of internal reporting systems
• Exposure to Cognos, SQL, Power BI, Power Query, or AI-enabled tools is a plus

Professional Development

• Gain hands-on exposure to gaming and hospitality financial operations
• Develop strong business and operational acumen
• Build foundational skills in FP&A, performance management, and financial and operational storytelling
• Learn best practices from a highly collaborative, high-impact analytical team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, hospitality or related field
• 1–2 years of relevant experience (internships considered)
• Advanced Excel proficiency required
• Exposure to Oracle ERP preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate insights clearly and professionally
• Eligible for gaming registration
