We are looking for a passionate Operations Analyst who strives for excellence in a fast-paced work environment. This position reports to our Assistant Director and Director of Finance.
What you will do
The Operation Analyst is responsible for assisting the Assistant Director of Finance in maintaining the general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations. Additionally, the Operation Analyst is responsible for supervising other areas within the Finance Department under the direction of the Assistant Director of Finance, including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, income audit and general cashiering in accordance with all related local and corporate policies and procedures.
What you bring
• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2-3 years previous experience working in an accounting or finance role. Hospitality experience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail. Strong computer skills and excel knowledge.
• Working knowledge of hotel systems and operations preferred.

• Salary Range: $84,404 - $103,161
Schedule & Hours
• Full time
• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
