HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
The Operations Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the brand has the right product, in the right place, at the right time. This role drives order allocation and supply execution decisions by balancing demand, supply constraints, and service-level objectives. The Operations Analyst partners closely with Production Planning, Demand Planning, Sales, Order Management, US Retail, and Transportation to deliver actionable insights and ensure strong operational performance.
This role reports into the Sr. Manager of Domestic Supply Chain Operations and is based in our New York office.
40%: Order Optimization / Allocation
- Own day-to-day order allocation decisions, based on supply availability, customer priority, service levels, and business rules
- Monitor open orders and shortages; proactively identify and resolve fulfillment risks
- Partner with Sales, Order Management, and Planning teams to communicate allocation decisions and impacts
- Support allocation strategies during constrained supply situations and peak demand periods
- Provide sales with cancellation and inventory availability reporting
40%: Supply Management
- Monitor inbound supply, inventory availability, and lead times to support allocation and fulfillment decisions
- Partner with Sales and Demand Planning to evaluate new opportunities based on inventory availability
- Analyze and execute purchase order revisions to mitigate supply gaps and/or overstocks
- Collaborate with China Production Planning team to align on supply assumptions, identify factory constraints, and resolve coverage challenges
- Determine the business impact of any delivery issues, prioritize, and communicate/escalate any issues relative to product flow
- Manage purchase order updates driven by product development running changes
- Provide warehouse visibility to inbound and outbound forecasts and re-packaging needs for capacity planning and inventory balancing
- Execute distribution work orders to move inventory between facilities or rework into new packaging configurations
- Act as US Retail liaison, managing monthly buy confirmation and inventory transfer processes
20%: Reporting and Process Improvement
- Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting and dashboards related to allocation performance, supply status, coverage grid and order fulfillment rates
- Provide clear, actionable reporting to leadership and cross-functional partners
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, visibility, and data accuracy
WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF: Must have:
- 2-5 years of experience in supply chain operations, order management, or analytics
- Understanding of inventory management, supply constraints, and order fulfillment
- Energetic self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
- Analytical / genuine curiosity
- Advanced Microsoft excel skills with the proven ability to analyze data to recognize and action on potential disruptions in the supply chain, solve problems, and support decisions with data
- Must be capable of managing multiple competing objectives simultaneously while hitting critical time sensitive deadlines accurately and reliably
- Well versed in reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI or data visualization
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Analytics

- Team player who works well in a collaborative environment, makes decisions in partnership with cross functional teams
- Capability to synthesize and communicate topics clearly and concisely to peers, strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, strong sense of urgency to solve issues
- Highly organized with a proven attention to detail
