Job responsibilities

To be successful in this role, you should have experience working in a retail environment with a focus on operations. You must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, proactive in your approach, and enjoy problem-solving. Experience in luxury retail is preferred. Essential duties and responsibilities of an Operations Associate include: Inventory Management Client Services Store Facility and Systems Financial Policies and Procedures Client Care (& Alterations when applicable)

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring back-of-house efficiency, supporting the team in delivering exceptional service to clients, and maintaining processes in line with our brand’s standards.
