About this role

Summary

The Operations Execution Coordinator supports Maintenance and Completions by managing, consolidating, and translating program data into actionable operational insight. This role is responsible for developing multi-week lookaheads, maintaining Line of Balance (LOB) accuracy, and coordinating with Planning and Scheduling to ensure alignment between the production floor and program schedules.

The position is focused on execution readiness and operational alignment. It is not a program management or scheduling ownership role. The objective is to remove the burden of data mining from Maintenance leadership and enable timely, informed decision-making.

  • Develop and maintain 2–6 week operational lookaheads using WBS, IMS, and LOB data
  • Identify execution constraints, sequencing conflicts, schedule risks, and readiness gaps
  • Coordinate with Planning and Scheduling teams to validate task readiness, including materials, manpower, tooling, access, engineering, and prerequisite completion
  • Provide forward-looking operational visibility to support execution efficiency and production flow

Line of Business (LOB) Management

  • Maintain and update LOB data to accurately reflect real-time execution status and production progress
  • Update LOB metrics and status during production, operations, and program review meetings
  • Ensure alignment between LOB, Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and actual floor conditions
  • Monitor variances between planned and executed work and communicate discrepancies to leadership

Program Data Integration & Reporting

  • Extract, consolidate, and analyze data from MS Project, Excel trackers, PMO reporting tools, and operational systems
  • Translate complex program data into concise operational summaries and actionable insights, including:
    • Upcoming work scope and priorities
    • Tasks not meeting readiness criteria
    • Schedule risks, blockers, and execution impacts
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and briefing materials for production meetings, leadership reviews, and operational planning discussions
  • Support data accuracy, reporting consistency, and operational transparency across functions

Cross Functional Coordination & Execution Support

  • Serve as a liaison between Planning, Scheduling, Production, and Maintenance organizations
  • Validate execution readiness and resolve discrepancies impacting production flow
  • Escalate schedule conflicts, execution risks, and operational misalignment to appropriate leadership
  • Support the Director of Maintenance and Completions leadership team with timely, accurate, and actionable operational data
  • Reduce leadership time spent gathering and reconciling production data
  • Drive improved operational awareness and execution alignment across functional teams

Miscellaneous
