We're looking for a dependable and motivated Operations Lead to help keep our warehouse and store operations running efficiently. In this role, you'll provide daily leadership to the operations team while ensuring merchandise is received, stored, staged, and delivered safely and accurately. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, leading by example, and delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As an Operations Lead, you'll play a key role in supporting daily warehouse and store operations by:

 

  • Coordinating daily work assignments and supporting the operations team.
  • Ensuring merchandise is received, stocked, staged, and moved safely and accurately.
  • Managing pull lists for customer load-outs and product replenishment.
  • Verifying sold merchandise for payment, documentation, and condition before customer pickup.
  • Identifying and reporting damaged merchandise.
  • Directing product flow from warehouse racks to staging areas and the sales floor.
  • Maintaining organized storage areas and ensuring merchandise is properly wrapped and protected.
  • Assisting customers and team members with product identification and SKU verification.
  • Performing inventory counts and communicating discrepancies.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Communicating priorities and operational updates with management.
  • Following all company safety policies and operational procedures.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous warehouse, distribution, or retail operations experience preferred.
  • Ability to read, count, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tow motor and/or order picker certification (or the ability to obtain certification if applicable).
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Frequently lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds independently.
  • Ability to lift or move up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including tow motors and order pickers.
  • Comfortable working in both warehouse and retail environments.

  • RF scan gun
  • Hand trucks and carts
  • A-frames
  • Box knife
  • Computer systems (including inventory management software and Microsoft Excel)
