Operations Manager

Job Description

The Manager of Operations performs reporting and analytical support for IntegraConnect A/R management and external clients.  Performs support and identifies key anomalies to all departments internally on an as needed basis. Implement strategies to preserve data integrity while managing the day-to-day operations of the reporting team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of reporting and analysis staff.
• Provide analytical support to IntegraConnect Operations and Senior Management.
• Data management including database troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Monitor financial & operational indicators for entire client base.
• Update forecasts to support financials for monthly P&L reports.
• Develop new reporting tools and dashboards to support team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance.
• 2-3 years’ experience with analysis in the medical/healthcare industry.
• 2-3 years’ experience management skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented and ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent communications skills – orally, written and interpersonal.
• Possess relevant project management skills focused on lean strategies and goal-oriented results.
