The Warbler is a new 58-room boutique hotel opening on New Orleans’ historic St. Charles Avenue, home to Mildred’s Restaurant & Bar, a café, and a rooftop bar. Learn more at thewarblerhotel.com. We’re hiring an Operations Manager to lead Housekeeping and support Front Desk ahead of our September 2026 opening — reporting to the Assistant General Manager and partnering closely with our Chief Engineer and F&B team.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the daily operations of Housekeeping and support Front Desk
- Coach and develop a team focused on genuine, personal hospitality
- Manage payroll, scheduling, and departmental budgets for Housekeeping and Front Desk
- Partner with our Chief Engineer and F&B team to keep the guest experience seamless
- Champion guest preference and personalization systems so every stay feels considered
What You’ll Need
- 3+ years of hotel leadership, management, or supervisory experience, ideally in Housekeeping or Rooms
- Boutique, lifestyle, or luxury hotel experience strongly preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfort with hotel technology (PMS), Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
