Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English: Reading, Writing, Speaking and Understanding
- Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Must have better than basic computer skills
- Must be willing and able to attend all classes
- Must successfully complete a Level II Background screening to include, but not limited to a drug test and finger printing
- Must be willing to work the 3pm to 11pm or 11pm-7am shift once the course is completed
