Job Description

Candidates who have graduated from (or are graduating by January 2026) from the Nashville Software School Software Developer Bootcamp are encouraged to apply for a professional internship.

Target Internship Duration: February 24, 2026 - May 22, 2026.

Location: This position is fully in office, in Nashville, TN.

This is a work study program that combines paid on the job experience with a variable percentage of learning/training. This is a temporary role that varies in length but has an end date. It may be pathway to regular employment. Qualifications may vary based on the program. This is not a traditional internship, regular/contract employment, contractor/vendor engagement, High School job shadow or a professional fellowship.

Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. For clarity purposes, this means that Oracle is not in a position now, or in the future, to offer US immigration sponsorship. This includes, but is not limited to, support of H-1B, TN, O-1, green card or F-1 e.g. EAD, OPT, CPT, I-20, F-1 visa stamp etc.

Responsibilities

The Nashville Software School Pathways Internship Program offers a path to technology jobs outside a traditional college track. After completion of the Nashville Software School part-time or full-time program, students are eligible to apply to the OCI pathways program for a 3-month internship with the possibility of conversion to a full-time software development IC1 role.

Participants will work on Software Development projects assigned in line with entry level Developer from a technical skill and competency standpoint. Must be available to work in office at the Nashville, TN hub.
